| 摘 要： | 近百年来,晋商现象引起了众多学者的关注。从20世纪初至今,学术界出版了大量的研究论文和著作,尤其是改革开放以后,围绕着晋商兴衰原因,经营管理,金融贸易运行规律,研究方法以及晋商文化等方面发表了许多有价值的研究成果。文章通过对晋商研究的综述,以期客观反映现有研究成果及研究水平,并在此基础上对晋商研究的态势进行预测,力图将晋商研究进一步推向一个新的高潮。

| Abstract: | The question of Jin-merchants have attracted more and more scholars'attention in recent hundred years.Lots of studies have been published from the beginning of the 20~(th) century to this day,particularly after 1980s,many valued publications about Jin-merchants have come out,such as the rise and decline,the management,the finance and commerce,the methods of study,the Jin-merchant culture,and so on.This paper,by reviewing the researches on Jin-merchants,will give an outline about all studies,make a forcast for the research situation,and push Jin-merchant researches into a new phase. |
