新旧《普通高等学校学生管理规定》对比研究

2005年3月教育部对外公布了即将于9月开始实施的新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》。规定的出台,充分体现了我国政府对教育的高度重视。综观整部《规定》,加强依法治校,扩大学校依法办学自主权,强化学生主体地位,彰显教育人文关怀成为突出的主题,文章对新旧《规定》作了对比并提出了的见解。

Comparative Study on the New and Old Administrative Regulations for Common Institutions of Higher Education

In March 2005, the Department of Education announced the implementation in September of the New Administrative Regulations for Common Institutions of Higher Education, whose appearance fully embodies the great attention the government pays to the higher education. Viewed generally, the Regulations is mainly to enforce the legal administration of the school, extend their decision-making power in legal schooling, intensify the subjective position of students and show the humanistic concern of education. Here, the author aims to compare the New and Old Administrative Regulations for Common Institutions of Higher Education and propose his own opinion.
