| 摘 要： | 一般而言,区域竞争力的源泉主要是来自两个方面低成本优势与持续创新能力。对于国内的大多数中小企业集群而言,低成本战略是其参与竞争的主要优势,但这种优势往往缺乏持续性。文章通过对国内中小企业集群创新的必要性与现状研究,论述了如何构建企业持续创新优势。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking, regional competitiveness comes from two sources:low cost advantage and constant innovation.To most medium and small-sized enterprise clusters,low cost strategy is their main advantage in competition.This advantage,however,usually lacks constancy.This article intends to discuss how to construct the advantage of constant innovation of an enterprise through the research into the necessity and present situation of innovation of enterprise clusters in China. |
