| 摘 要： | 多年的改革与创新之后,我国的职业教育已经迎来了蓬勃发展的春天。然而,由于历史和现实的诸多因素,职业教育仍面临着太多瓶颈。如何克服发展中的重重困难已经是摆在我们面前的一个亟待解决的重大课题。作者以为,构建完善的法律体系是我国职业教育稳健发展的必由之路。

However, due to historical and realistic factors,vocational education is still facing many difficulties. How to overcome all the difficulties in the development is a major problem ahead of us to be solved.The author believes that,to construct a legal system of China's vocational education is the only way to its healthy development. |
