大学辅导员胜任力的初步研究

文章分析了随着外部环境的变化大学生心理与行为的新特点,指出了高校辅导员工作的困境。由于尚未探索出有效的选拔、培训、考核和激励辅导员的途径,辅导员工作满意度不高。本研究在对胜任力概念及研究分析的基础上,编制了大学辅导员胜任力问卷,量化了大学辅导员的工作,为高校辅导员工作专业化、制度化提供理论和实践依据。

The Study of University Counselor Preliminary Competence

By analyzing the new characteristics of the university student's psychology and behaviors,which has emerged with the change of external environment,this paper points out the working difficulty of university counselors. As we haven't found an effective approaches to selecting, training, evaluating and inspiring counselors,the university counselors' work is not satisfactory. Based on the analysis and study of the concept of the competence, the questionnaire is compiled, which can be used to measure the work of counselors and provide the theoretical and practical basis for specialization and systematization of the university counselors.
