摘    要:我国基础教育发展失衡现象已经成为一种普遍认同的客观事实,而形成这种失衡现象的主要原因之一是收入差距。收入差距不仅使基础教育的经费投入出现差别、办学条件存在差异、教师工资水平不同,而且决定着家庭教育消费行为,制约着人们的教育期望和需求,影响着人们的终身教育和终身学习。这就需要从缩小区域的、城乡的和居民的收入差距着手,解决基础教育投入不公这一问题。

Abstract:The unbalance of the basic educational development of China has become an commonly recognized fact.One of the main causes is the gap of income.The gap of income not only result in difference in funding basic education,school conditions and teachers' salaries,but decides the family's consumption activities of education,constrains people's educational expectations and demands and affects the people's lifetime study and learning.In order to solve the problem,we should embark on reducing the income disparity between the different regions,people of different social groups as well as urban and suburban areas.
