| 摘 要： | 研究与开发(R＆D)中介服务是一种典型的知识密集型商业服务(knowledge intensivebusinessservices,KIBS)或知识密集型服务。它成为促进创新网络形成和发展的重要媒介,成为提高国际竞争力或区际竞争力、实现规模报酬递增的引擎。在中国,服务业发展的滞后和政府对中介服务组织的控制都成为制约创新网络形成和发展的障碍。继续深化体制改革、改善研究与开发中介服务、加强创新网络研究、倡导发展知识密集型服务是大力推进中国创新网络建设的重要途径。

| Abstract: | R&D agency is a kind of typical knowledge-intensive business services(KIBS),which becomes a very important media of developing innovative networks,of promoting international and regional competitiveness,and of completing the scale returns increasing.In China,the backward development of service and the government's constrol over agencies have restricted the formation and development of innovative networks.Therefore,we should construct our innovative networks by deepening the institutional reform,improving agency service of R&D,reinforcing the study of innovative networks,and proposing developing knowledge-intensive business service. |
