| 摘 要： | 文化是一个民族的历史积淀 ,与一个国家和民族的前途和命运休戚相关。全球化不可能消除文化差异 ,反而会在一定程度上强化和锻炼文化的民族性。以马克思主义为指导 ,既立足于中国又面向世界 ,既继承和发扬中华民族的优秀文化 ,又学习借鉴各国人民创造的有益文化成果 ,建设有中国特色的社会主义新文化 ,这是中国共产党人在新的历史时代的文化自觉 ,也是当前哲学社会科学工作者的历史使命

| Abstract: | Culture is the historical accumulation of a nation, and it relates closely with the future and fate of a nation. Globalization cannot eliminate the difference of national cultures. Guided by Marxist, standing on the Chinese tradition, and facing the world, to build socialist new culture with Chinese characteristics is the consciousness of culture of the communist party of china in new period, and the task of works of humanities and social sciences. |
