摘    要:由价格竞争走向品牌竞争是市场经济发展的必然规律,也是企业经营机制走向成熟的一个重要标志。当前,面对房地产市场强手如林的竞争形势,房地产企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地,必须重视自身品牌建设,在开发过程中抓好品牌的创建、维护,通过不断的品牌积累来提升公司的竞争能力和获利能力。

Abstract:Competition from price to brand name is the inevitable rule for market economy development,and it's also an important mark of mature enterprise operating system.At present,facing fierce competition in real estate,real estate enterprises must attach importance to brand establishment and do well to establish and maintain the brand name in order to win the game.They should promote their ability of competition and profit earning through continuous brand accumulation.
