论我国成人高等教育的区域化发展

成人高等教育的区域化是市场经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。随着中国的经济由计划经济向市场经济的转轨的深化或逐步完成,主要面向社会公众的中国成人高等教育也必然会走出"象牙塔",为构建社会主义和谐社会发挥越来越大的作用,真正实现其服务社会公众的价值。这一过程,就是成人高等教育的区域化发展趋势的形成和完善的过程。

On the Regionalizing Development of Adult Higher Education in China

Adult higher education regionalization is the inevitable product when the market economy develop to a certain stage. With the deepening and gradual completion of China's economic transition from the planned economy to the market economy, the Chinese adult higher education which is mainly oriented to the social public is also bound to walk out of "the ivory tower", plays the more and more important role in the construction of socialist harmonious society and realizes its value of serving social public.
