摘    要:在高校通过创建高质量的一体化实验室,实现专业内、专业间、校内、校园与社会教育资源的整合,使学生通过校园微型专业环境中的角色扮演与决策,成为学习系统的动力源,强化了学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力培养,有效解决了当前中国高等教育普遍存在的教学与实践相脱离的问题;本文从教育哲学上探索了这种模式的理论内涵,认为应以发挥教师和学生两个主体性作为教学改革的立足点,使教与学成为师生各自生命的生成形式.教与学的互动实践才充满创造性、才具有生命力.

Abstract:To build high-level integrative laboratories, realize the integrity between major and major, campus and social sources, make college students to be main body in learning system according to roll play in mini-environment on campus, strengthen students' ability in learning, practice and innovation effectively solve present prevalent problems that teaching deviates from practice in higher education. The paper discusses the theoretical connotation from angle of educational philosophy and regards to set the students and teachers as the reform stand, make teaching and learning become the their form of life, that is to say, mutual practice in teaching and learning can be innovative and energetic.
