| 摘 要： | 大学生素质拓展计划是对大学生进行人力资源开发、促进其全面发展的系统工程,是大学培养人才基本职能的体现.大学生素质拓展计划,包含思想政治与道德素养、社会实践与志愿服务、科学技术与创新创业、文化艺术与身心发展、社团活动与社会工作、技能培训等六方面的内容.实施大学生素质拓展计划,要抓好职业设计指导、素质拓展训练、建立评价体系和强化社会认同四个环节的工作.

| Abstract: | Expanding plan for college students' quality is a systematical project to explore talents of college students and speed up their overall development.The plan includes six contents: political ideology and moral attainment,social practice and voluntary work,scientific technology and innovation,culture art and body and mind development,association activities and social work,skill training.To bring the plan into effect should do well in professional guide,quality training,setting up evaluating system and strengthening social identification. |
