成都市县域工业差异化转型升级发展的思路与对策

县域工业是县域经济发展的重要支柱，在提升县域经济综合实力、加速城镇化进程中发挥着重要的支撑和带动作用。通过系统梳理和总结成都县域工业发展现状，从规模总量、经济效益等五个维度构建指标体系，运用层次分析法对成都县域工业发展水平进行综合评价。在总结和借鉴先行地区有益经验的基础上，对成都市县域工业差异化转型升级发展提供思路与对策。

The Thinking and Countermeasures of the Differentiated County Industry Transformation and Upgrading Development in Chengdu

County industry is an important pillar of the county economic development,playing an important role in promoting the comprehensive strengths of county economy and accelerating the process of urbanization. This paper systematically summarizes the current situation of Chengdu county industry development,and establishes an evaluation system from feve dimensions such as scale and economic benefits,etc.,using the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate the development level of county industry of Chengdu.On the basis of summarizing and drawing on the experience of the advance areas, this paper puts forward the thinking and countermeasures of the differentiated county industry transformation and upgrading development in Chengdu.
