论"入世"后我国政治社会化运行模式的转变

中国加入WTO的历史进程与改革开放的扩大和市场经济的发展之间存在着良性的双向互动关系.政治社会化必须与社会时代背景相一致,适应中国加入WTO的政治社会化运行模式的转变主要有以下四点:运行环境由相对封闭向全面开放转变;运行动力由政治因素向利益因素转变;运行机制由行政主导向社会主导转变;运行理念由人治观念向规则意识转变.

On the Operating Pattern Transform of Political Socialization with China's Entry into the WTO

The proceeding of China joining in the WTO relates benignant with the reform and opening up deepened and the development of market economy. Political socialization must be in accordance with the social background of the era. There are four points to fit the operating pattern transform with China joining in WTO: the operating environment switches from relative close to over all open; the motive power switches from political factor to interest; the operating system switches from administrative dominant to social dominant; the operating idea switches from the concept of rule by man to regulation consciousness.
