摘    要:良好的教师人格是学生成长的重要保证.在关注教师群体的人格障碍问题、对教师人格塑造进行反思和分析的同时应关心教师的心理健康,引导、帮助教师加强自身人格修养,增强自我保健意识.

Abstract:The well personality of teacher is the important guarantee for students' growing. We should pay more attention to the teacher's personality disorder, reflect and analyze teacher's personality shaping. Additionally, we should care for teacher's mental health, lead and help teacher to strengthen personality cultivation and enhance self health care.
