| 摘 要： | ETFs是一种新兴的金融产品,近几年在国外得到了迅猛发展.随着资本市场的不断发展、完善,我国推出ETFs只是一个时间问题,因此对其进行研究是很有必要的.文章在阐述ETFs特点及其在国外发展实践的基础上,从(1)发展ETFs可以改善投资基金业绩;(2)发展ETFs能够丰富证券交易品种,推动金融产品的创新;(3)推出ETFs利于培育和发展机构投资者等方面论证了我国推出ETFs的必要性和现实意义,并针对存在的问题提出了制定或修改相关法规,尽快推出相关指数的建议.

| Abstract: | ETFs is a kind of new financial services and rapidly expands in recent years overseas. With the continual development of capital market, ETFs will be introduced into China early or late, thus it is necessary to probe into ETFs. The paper, based on the introduce of ETFs' features and overseas development, demonstrates the necessity and actual significance to extend ETFs in China from three aspects as follow: firstly, developing ETFs can improve the achievement of investment fund; secondly developing ETFs can enrich the kinds of bonds and push the innovation of financial services; at last extending ETFs is beneficial to train and develop investors. Additionally the paper puts forward to settle or amend correlative rule of law and recommend ETFs exponents as soon as possible. |
