| 摘 要： | 高校党建工作会议明确指出将大学生党员的培养与发展作为今后高校党建的重点工作.作为党的助手和后备军的共青团组织,如何实现"党建带团建、团建促党建",不仅是共青团事业发展的需要,更是党的事业发展的需要.共青团组织必须要提高认识、统一思想,围绕党建中心,从思想教育、组织建设、活动载体建设等多方面发挥积极作用,努力形成党团共同发展的良好态势.

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in conference of colleges' CPC building to take the developing the party members among college students as the important work in future CPC's development. As the assistant and reserve of CPC, how Communist Youth League realizes the mutual promotion between the Party building and Communist Youth League building is not only the demand of Communist Youth League building but also that of CPC building. By moral and political education, organization work and movement style etc., Communist Youth League must improve the understanding, enclose the Party building and shape the fine situations that the CPC and Communist Youth League promote together. |
