福建城乡公共环境服务均等化研究

城乡公共环境服务均等化是解决城乡二元结构问题、缩小城乡差距的重要内容,也是实现社会发展成果人人共享的必然要求。以福建省为例,福建省城乡公共环境服务总体情况在水利与饮水服务、垃圾处理和水污染治理等三个方面均存在差距,因此需针对福建省特色,制定适合福建省的城乡基本公共环境服务均等化步骤。从当前全国的情况来看,要提高城乡公共环境服务均等化,还必须加大对农村公共环境服务的支持力度,从环境服务机构建设、服务投入、服务收费等方面促进农村公共环境服务水平的较大提高。

Research on the Equalization of Public Environment Service between City and Country in Fujian

Equalization of urban-rural public environment service is an importance text of solving the urban-rural dual structure problem,and lessen the gap between urban and rural,is the inevitable request to realize the object that everyone share the fruit of the society’s development.Take Fujian as a example,there exist gap between urban and rural public environment service,like as irrigation works service,drinking water service,garbage management service and water pollution management,we need aim at the characteristic of Fujian,set down the proper process to achieve the equalization of urban-rural environment service.For the whole country,in order to improve the equalization,we need increase the support level to country public environment service,we need to promote the level of country environment service through the framework constructing of environment service,devotion of service,charge of service and so on.
