| 摘 要： | 文艺复兴以前,立基于人的社会性或社会中的人,西方建构了以责任为中心的治理体系。但是,随着资产阶级的发展和新教的传播,自然权利学说建构了以权利为中心的法治体系,并成为西方社会生活的合法性根基。当西方遭遇现代性危机,社群主义在反思个人主义的权利体系时表达了提升个人与社会责任的强烈诉求。追问西方责任观念演变的历史境遇和甄别西方责任观的内涵及其实现路径就具有重要意义。
