城市化滞后：扩大内需的深层梗阻

城市化和工业化水平相适应，是经济与社会全面快速发展的客观要求。我国城市化严重滞后于工业化进程，影响农业劳动生产率提高和农村需求增长，影响农民消费需求向市民消费需求升级换代，影响城市建设和民间投资，成为扩大内需的深层梗阻。要扭转城市化滞后局面，必须消除其行政壁垒、观念壁垒和利益壁垒。改革开放以来城镇建设规模扩大，农业技术进步，所有制结构调整，为加快城市化进程创造了条件。当前应加快城市化步伐，带动需求全面增长。

The Lag of Urbanization the Deep Obstruction to Expand the Domestic Demand

on:To adapt the level of urbanization to industrializahon is the demand of the full and rapid development of economy and the whole aseiety. But in our country, urbanization has been behind so severely the process of industrialization for a long time that it has become the big obstacle to expand the domestic demand, which slows down the increase of agricultural productivity and rural damand,holds up the transfer of consumption demand from countryside to urban, and decreases the urban construction and investrnent. To deal with this problem, we must elindnate adrinistrative obstacle,idea obstacle and interest obstacle. Since the economic reform and opening - up to tLhe outside, the urbane construction is expanded in large scale, agricultural tecknology's prognssing, and the ownership structure is adusted, which speed up the process of urbanization. And now, we must quicken urbanization to bring up full demand of increase.
