山东地区农村社会分层的个案研究

本文运用社会学的方法 ,对山东东部一个村庄近年来农村社会分层的现象进行调查研究。结果表明 :农村社会单一的农业劳动者阶层已经分化 ,出现了七个不同的社会阶层 ;阶层分化呈现出浅层性、动态性和双向性的特征 ;家庭联产承包责任制的政策、乡镇企业的带动、非农产业比较利益的诱导、农民思想观念的更新、农村生产力的提高 ,是促使和推动农村的社会分层的主要因素

A Case Study of Social Stratification in the Rural Areas of Shandong

Based on social studies, an investigation is made of the social stratification in a village in east Shandong. The findings are that seven different social strata have emerged out of the single agricultural labor class in the countryside. The stratification is characterized by plainness, dynamicity and bi-direction. The resulting elements are the family contract system with remuneration linked to output, the promotion of the township enterprises, the attraction of the relative interests of non-agricultural industries, the renewal of farmers' ideology, and the improvement of rural productive force.
