Analysis of the Reality Demands of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in Their Integrating into Urban Society

Migrant workers of the new generation are becoming the main part of the modern industrial workers,but limited by the urban-rural dual structure,they are dissociated from the city,and their integration into the city has called for more attention from the government and society.In the case of Qingdao,a conclusion can be drawn after the survey on the reality demands of those migrant workers: they are generally better educated,expect better development and long for integration into the city in career.They pay more attention to their work environment,attach importance to skill improvement and labor right,and long for dignities and opportunities in work.They desire spiritual and emotional life,various activities in their leisure time,and integration into the city on family and spirit levels.
