热问题的冷思考——关于我国城镇化道路的反思与探索

随着经济发展方式转型形势的日益明朗,城镇化问题也成为未来我国扩大内需、推动经济持续发展的强劲动力和热门话题。然而近些年,我国在探索城镇化发展道路上,由于发展方式的误导,衍生出了诸如大中城市普遍出现交通拥堵、人口膨胀、就业难、贫富差距大和环境污染严重等"城市病"问题,而中小城市、小城镇和农村则出现发展相对缓慢的困境,城乡二元格局一度拉大,甚至诱发了农村的"空心化"以及一系列的留守人口问题。基于对这些热点社会问题的冷思考,一方面既要继续推动城镇化的发展,同时,也要实事求是、与时俱进,探索出一条中国特色的新型城镇化道路。

Cold Reflections and Clarification of China＆#39;s Road to Urbanization

With the economic development mode transformation being increasingly clear, the urbanization question has become a strong motive force and hot topic in expanding China＆#39;s domestic demand in the future and promoting its economic sustainable development. However, in China＆#39;s urbanization in recent years, due to the misleading of development modes, urban diseases have occurred such as trafifc congestion, population explosion, dififcult employment, the enlarging gap between the rich and the poor, and serious environmental pollution in medium and large cities;meanwhile, in small and medium-sized cities, the development has been slow. In view of this situation, we should continue to promote urbanization while trying to seek truth from facts, advance with the times, and explore a new path to urbanization with Chinese characteristics.
