中西方慈善组织比较

慈善组织是慈善事业发展的载体，也是社会和谐的重要力量。与发达国家相比，我国慈善事业还处在初级阶段，一些显现的、潜在的问题都不同程度地制约着慈善组织的发展及其社会功能的发挥。中西方慈善组织在发展上的差距与它们各自的文化背景和历史根基、运作模式和机制、政府与组织之间的地位关系等有关。解决社会慈善核心价值观缺失问题，克服因缺乏制度支持而导致运作随意性消极性的缺陷，调整政府与组织之间的不协调性关系是目前我国慈善组织建设必须高度重视的问题。以“扬弃”之态和“包容”之心汲取发达国家的慈善理念和管理经验，有助于我国慈善组织的效率提高和功能发挥。
