网络文化是一把双刃剑,它的负面影响成为诱发青少年犯罪新的土壤.网络文化与我国民族文化冲突是诱发青少年犯罪的重要根源,网络文化诱发青少年犯罪的机制表现为:扭曲青少年的价值观、弱化青少年的道德意识、强化青少年的犯罪心理、降低控制青少年犯罪的能力,因而使传统的青少年犯罪不断增多,新型的青少年犯罪大量出现.所以,必须积极应对网络文化的提出的挑战,多方面优化预防青少年犯罪的对策,才能扼制青少年犯罪的发展.

Net Culture and Juvenile Delinquency

The negative influence of the Internet gives rise to juvenile delinquency,the root of which is the conflict between the net culture and Chinese national culture.The net culture induces the delinquents by twisting their values,weakening their moral consciousness,intensifying their motivation to commit crime and decreasing their control over themselves.Therefore,active preventative measures should be taken to meet the challenges of the net culture and check the increasing juvenile delinquency.
