发展低碳经济是北京世界城市建设的必由之路

2005年《北京城市总体规划（2004年-2020年）》将北京城市发展目标确定为“国家首都、世界城市、文化名城和宜居城市”。世界城市是高度一体化的世界经济环境下国际大都市的高端形态。世界城市的主要特点是对全球的经济、政治、文化等方面有重要的影响力，引领世界经济发展的潮流。低碳经济作为新的发展模式，成为后危机时期世界经济增长的重要推力。因此发展低碳经济是北京建设世界城市的必由之路。目前北京已经初步具备了打造“低碳城市”的经济基础，但仍需要政府、企业与居民的共同努力。
