| 摘 要： | 论文提出了北京应加快建设＂现代化国际化商贸中心城市＂的论断,认为北京具备了率先实现＂国际商贸中心城市＂的条件。提出了结构调整与创新提升北京形象,如空间结构、业态结构、所有制结构、规模结构调整与创新。论文提出了北京特色的现代流通体系发展战略,如特色的现代流通体系,国际商贸中心建设战略,如目标、原则、步骤,在此基础上提出了6个方面的措施。

| Abstract: | The Paper presents Beijing should accelerate the construction of modern international trade center,stating that Beijing is capable of taking lead in achieving that.Paper also discusses the structural adjustment and innovation to improve Beijing＇s image,such as spatial structure,commercial structure,ownership,size of structural adjustment and innovation.In the end,it provokes strategies of developing the characteristics of Beijing＇s modern circulation system,such as the modern circulation system,the strategies for building International Trade Center,and its objectives,principles,steps etc,whichthe six proposed measures based on. |
