职业素养培育导向下财贸高职课程结构改革探索与实践

如何有效促进高职院校课程改革，全面提升人才培养质量是当前高职改革的重点。职业素养比职业能力具有更为丰富的内涵，注重学生职业素养的培育而不仅仅是训练学生的职业能力更能满足行业和企业对人才培养的要求，也更有利于提升学生的就业竞争力。本文从职业素养培育的角度，总结了北京财贸职业学院在课程体系改革和财贸高职人才培养方面的探索和实践。

Discussion on the exploration and practice of course restructuring of higher vocational education of finance and commerce： a perspective

How to effectively promote the course innovation of higher vocational schools and to all - sidedly improve the education level is the focus of current higher vocational education reform. Professional attainment has more connotation than profession ability. Building students＇ professional attainment instead of just training their profession skills can better meet the demands of practitioners and enterprise, and can better enhance students＇ competitive- ness in job hunting. Based on the cultivation of professional attainment, this paper summarizes the experience of course system restructuring and talents education at Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Commerce.
