| 摘 要： | 职业技能竞赛为发现和选拔高技能人才创造了条件,对高职院校提高人才培养质量有重要的推动与引领作用。上海出版印刷高等专科学校(上海版专)参与了历届全国印刷行业职业技能大赛并形成了具有鲜明特点的竞赛培训模式,通过对该模式的总结分析,提出了完善高职院校职业技能竞赛培训模式的改革建议。

| Abstract: | Vocational skills competition creates conditions for discovering and selecting highly skilled personnel,and plays an important promoting and guiding role in improving the quality of personnel training by higher vocational colleges.Shanghai Publishing and Printing College(SPPC)has formed a distinct characteristics competition training mode by participating in the national printing industry vocational skills competition.This paper summarizes and analyzes this model,then gives some reform proposals on how to improve vocational skills competition mode by vocational colleges. |
