离心流化床中多孔介质干燥的传热传质研究

摘    要:通过对典型的多孔湿物料在离心流化床中干燥过程的理论分析,将含湿多孔介质传热传质过程和物料与气流之间的外部传递过程相耦合,导出了离心流化床的控制方程组,在此基础上,可以对离心流化床中湿物料的干燥过程进行数值模拟。

Abstract:The control equations that describe the drying process of porous materials are given. Firstly the present research status of centrifugal fluid bed (CFB) is introduced. Then by using and revising the methods which are used to deal with the processes of drying in common fluid bed, and considering some particular limits and characters in CFB, the mathematical expressions for inner procedure of CFB are also developed. On the basis of the results gained the paper the math simulation of drying process in CFB can proceed smoothly.
