| 摘 要： | 中国共产党具有卓越的领导力。我国的生态文明建设只有充分发挥党的领导力才能取得丰硕的成果。这一领导力着重体现在与生态文明密切相关的理念、实践及制度三个方面。党在理念层面的领导力引领生态文明朝着实现社会主义富强民主文明和谐美丽的现代化强国的目标乘风破浪；党在实践领域的领导力为实现人与自然的和谐共生披荆斩棘；党在制度维度的领导力为构建美丽中国保驾护航。

| Abstract: | The Communist Party of China has outstanding leadership.Only by giving full play to the Party''s leadership can achieve fruitful results.This leadership focuses on the concepts,practices and institutions that are closely related to ecological civilization.The Party''s leadership at the conceptual level leads ecological civilization to overcome the goal of realizing a modern country with rich,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialism;the Party''s leadership in practice overcomes the harmonious coexistence between man and nature; and the Party''s leadership in the institutional dimension escorts the construction of beautiful China. |
