摘    要:在对R410A空调用风冷式冷凝器进行实验研究的基础上,以换热量成本比为优化目标,分析了换热器结构参数变化对冷凝器性能的影响,进行了基于稳态分布参数模型的换热器仿真计算.通过比较,得出冷凝器换热量和传热系数随换热器的结构参数变化的情况,给出了冷凝器在一定运行条件下的单变量和多变量优化结果.研究表明,换热成本比随翅片厚度、翅片间距和管内径的减小而增大.

Abstract:On the basis of experimental study about the R410A air cooling condenser's performance in air-conditioner system in different working conditions and taking heat capacity price ratio as an optimization goal,a steady state distributed parameter model is built for the heat exchanger to optimize the performance by altering condenser's structural parameters.By comparing the simulation results of heat exchanger,the optimization results under single variable and multivariable conditions were obtained.It is shown that the heat capacity price ratio increases with the decrease of fin thickness,fin spacing and tube diameter.
