建构主义理论视角下高职院校英语专业学生翻译能力的培养

摘    要:翻译是不同国家、民族的人们之间交流的有效媒介,翻译能力是语言基本技能之一。翻译能力主要由四大要素构成,即语言能力、专业知识与百科知识、思维能力及创新能力等。翻译教学的目的就是提高学生的翻译能力,满足学生未来职场需求。基于对高职院校翻译课程教学现状的分析,以建构主义理论为指导,从教材、师资、教学模式等方面讨论培养和提高高职院校英语专业学生翻译能力的途径与措施。

Abstract:Translation is an effective communication medium between people of different cultures.Translation competence is one of the basic language skills,and it mainly consists of four elements:linguistic competence,professional knowledge and encyclopedic knowledge,thinking ability,and creative ability.The purpose of translation teaching is to improve students' translation competence.This paper analyzes the current situation of translation teaching in higher vocational colleges,and then within the framework of constructivism theory,it discusses how to further develop and improve English majors' translation competence in terms of teaching material,teachers and model of teaching.
