人造白宝石的内应力消除技术

摘    要:本文介绍了焰熔法生长人造宝石的情况,针对应用该法生长的人造宝石具有较大的内应力,提出了应用铝丝炉退火消除内应力的工艺要求和设备设计,并制作了实用的温度控制系统.

Abstract:The present paper describes how to use the flamedissolve method to produce artificial precious stones. As the precious stones produced by this method have comparatively large internal stress, the authors suggest that a molybdenum-filament furnace should be used to anneal and eliminate the internal stress. In the meanwhile a practical system of temperature control is installed.
