中外人性假设综述

人性假设理论，是管理学和经济学的立论基础。基于不同的人性假设理论，管理学史上形成了种种不同的管理方法理论，经济学上则把它作为分析经济现象的理论前提之一。随着社会的发展，人们周围的客观世界不断发生着的新变化正影响着人的思想和行为。同时，人们对自身的认识也在深化，人性假设理论在21世纪有了新的进展。笔者从时间跨度和中西方地理因素两方面将人性假设理论划分为西方人性假设观、中国古代人性论和21世纪的当代人性假设新观点，对至目前为止所形成的重要人性假设理论进行了阐述，试图使读者对这一理论体系及其新的发展有一个全面的了解。

A Survey of Humanity Hypothesis Theories

Humanity Assumption Theory is the basis of management and economics which make points. Different theories of management are formed based on the different Humanity Assumption Theories in the history of manage- ment. And it is one of the theory preconditions to analyze the economy phenomena in economics. The changing impersonal word is influencing the human ideas and behaviors with the development of the society. Meantime, human beings' self-understanding is more deepened, and Humanity Assumption Theory has had new development in the 21st century. The authors divide the Humanity Assumption Theories into three parts from the view of time and geography, They are the west Humanity Assumption Theories, Chinese ancient Humanity Assumption Theories and 21st century Humanity Assumption Theories of the contemporary era. This article elaborates the important Humanity Assumption Theories up to the present. And the authors try to let the readers acknowledge the system of the theories and its development in general.
