Scientific concept of development is a completely new scientific concept which is put forward by CPC leaders facing new opportunities of development in the new century. On the basis of deeply understanding of essence of scientific concept of development, it is meaningful for us to direct our construction of socialism. This paper gives a profound explanation of scientific concept of development and analyzes the key problem of establishing and fulfilling the concept, also proposes series of suggestions to push sustainable development.
