企业招聘中候选人评价方法研究

摘    要:针对企业招聘人才中候选人的评价方法进行研究,提出了层次分析法和数据包络分析法相结合的方法对候选人进行综合评价.结果表明,将层次分析法和数据包络分析法相结合,并综合人力资源专家的经验,可以有效地克服使用层次分析法过程中过分依赖决策者主观性的缺点,能够更客观地反映出候选人的综合能力.

Abstract:A method which combines analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and data envelopment analysis(DEA) is presented through the analysis of candidate evaluation methods in terms of enterprise recruitment.The AHP is a powerful multiple-criteria decision analysis technique for dealing with complex problems and it is a useful tool for candidate evaluation.But many processes in traditional AHP depend on the elements of subjectivity because traditional AHP forces decision-makers to converge vague judgments to single numeric preferences.To overcome the above limitation,the present paper applies DEA into AHP.By this integration,the dependency can be weakened in some extent and candidate's ability can be reflected objectively.
