| 摘 要： | 传统的数据包络分析(DEA)模型评价决策单元相对有效时,将决策单元分为有效和非有效两大类,不仅无法对决策单元有效性进行排序,而且也无法获得与决策单元有关的管理信息.应用DEA两阶段法对财政政策相对有效性进行分析,给出了历年的财政政策有效性的情况及其有效性的排序,且对非DEA有效的决策单元提供了如何调整各项指标使之达到相对有效的有关管理决策信息.

| Abstract: | Semantic theory is to study language meaning systematically. Semantic meaning is closely related to translation. In order to translate the original language into target language correctly in meaning, style and etc. we should make analysis about the meanings of words, sentences and texts of the original language. This paper makes research on the function of semantic theory to the translating practice from the three aspects of the semantic meaning of words, sentences and texts. |
