From Failure Engineering to Management and Technology Progress of Civil-Engineering

Through the analysis of the three types of failure engineering examples domestic and overseas, which had the affect on technology progress of civil-engineering, the article proposes that people should regard failures as good resources and use them efficiently. As long as analyzing the reason of failure, summarizing the lessons, the failure engineering will be the gigantic power and resource to promote the civil-engineering management and technology progress.
