| Abstract: | In the former planned economic management system,there were many problems in the cultivation and uti- lization of human resource that hampered its effective exploitation and use,although China has abundant human re- source,especially in the higher education institutions.This paper analysis the current personnel management in higher education institutions and discusses the method to solve those problems. |
