| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课新课程的实施,除了对教师的思想道德素质提出了新的要求外,在以学生为主体的教学模式中也对教师的能力素质提出了要求,同时还要求教师改进过去思想政治理论课的教学方法,以实现思想政治理论课新课程的理论创新和教学效果的不断提升。
