| 摘 要： | 闲暇时间是一种时间配置的状态,与劳动时间形成一对范畴。聪明地用“闲”将对增进人的身心健康、对构筑社会经济体系、改善现代生活方式,甚至对文化价值的确立都会产生重要的因素影响。因此,休闲是一门学科、一种艺术,也是一种文化教养。调查显示:整体上中国人闲暇时间分配不尽合理、不尽协调,休闲生活质量不高。

| Abstract: | Free time and work time form a pair of concepts that describe different states of time allocation. The wisely use of free time is an important factor related to people's physical and mental health, the construction of the socio-economic system, the development of modern life-styles, and even the establishment of the cultural values of the society. Thus, leisure is a science, an art, and a kind of cultivation. Our research shows that Chinese's allocation of free time is not well balanced and lacks reasonable harmony, which result in low quality of leisure life. |
