关于高校社科期刊发展问题的思考

随着我国高校哲学社会科学研究事业的发展,高校学术期刊也得到了快速发展。目前高校社科期刊已达1 100多种,成绩突出。没有学报为研究成果提供发表渠道,中国学术的繁荣是不可能实现的。学术质量大有提高,也培养了一支队伍。高校期刊的基本属性是学术性,是科学研究中的重要一环,在我国期刊业中具有鲜明的特色和不可替代性,是我国哲学社会科学研究事业的重要组成部分,也是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分。高校期刊的发展必须适应社会和时代的变化,不断更新和改进管理体制和运行机制,打破计划经济的运行模式,引入市场经济模式。高校期刊的发展趋势是专业化、品牌化、网络化、产业化、规模化。

The Thinking about the Development of University Academic Journals

Following the development of philosophy and social sciences at China's universities,university academic journals have achieved much.There are 1 100 kinds of university social science journals in China.Without the platform which provide by journals,it is impossible to promote Chinese academic researches.As an important part of researches,university journals belong to academic journals as well as China's higher education.University journals must keep pace with the changes of society,renew and improve their administrative system and introduce market economy model.The development tendency of university journals is industralization,and specialization.
