学术评价、学术期刊与学术国际化——对人文社会科学国际化热潮的冷思考

在一定意义上,百多年来的中国现代学术史就是一部"国际化"的历史,早在19世纪末中国渐渐融入世界体系时,"国际化"就已成为中国现代学术的宿命。学术国际化的动力始终来自两个方面:学术共同体内部和国家行政权力部门,专业的学术评价机构则在两者之间发挥了独特的作用,它成功地将学术国际化与学术评价、学术话语权和学术利益联结在了一起。在评价机构的导引下,对SCI的过度看重使得自然科学期刊在当今学术国际化进程中无可避免地陷入了低谷。现已开始的人文社会科学国际化进程则显示了典型的路径依赖,进军SSCI和AHCI已成为国际化最现实的目标。其实,中国人文社会科学的特殊性决定了这样的国际化不仅会让其学术期刊重蹈覆辙,而且人文社会科学自身也会被置于极其危险的境地。人文社会科学的国际化应选择不同于自然科学的路径。
