| 摘 要： | 战略经济学是由经济学与战略理论交叉产生的学科 ,其目的是用经济学的原理、方法来分析研究企业战略问题 ,找出企业战略行为背后的一般经济规律。文章在回顾企业战略理论发展的基础上 ,分析了战略经济学形成的原因 ,探讨了战略经济学的内容 ,并对经济学理论与企业战略理论的关系进行了展望。

Based on the history review of strategic management subject,this paper analyzes why the economics of strategy is formed,demonstrates its contents,and discusses the future relations between economics and strategy management. |
