| 摘 要： | 企业战略管理作为管理学的一个年轻分支,其发展是与多个姊妹学科的发展密切相关的,经济学便在其中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文在文献综述的基础上,从战略管理研究与经济学的相互关系着眼,综述了战略管理中经济学运用的简要发展史,着重分析了当前在战略管理研究中起着重要作用的几个经济学理论基础,最后展望了基于经济学理论基础的战略管理研究的未来发展趋势。
