| 摘 要： | 企业经营者的继任问题是当前我国大型国有企业最重大、最昂贵的战略决策问题之一。文章在综述企业经营者继任研究的基础上,分析了我国大型国有企业2000年至2002年3年间企业经营者的继任现状,提出了进一步改进企业经营者继任问题的政策性建议。
