| 摘 要： | 航空工业作为中国高新技术产业的一个重要领域,如何在新的经济形势下获取和保持企业的竞争优势是一个重要而迫切的问题,而解决这个问题首先必须对中国航空工业企业的技术创新能力作出恰当的评价。文章改进了一种企业技术创新能力审计评价模型,基于该模型将中国航空工业企业技术创新能力划分为学习能力、研究开发能力、生产制造能力、市场营销能力、资源配置能力、组织创新能力和战略计划能力等七个维度,在对样本企业进行调查分析之后,得出了中国航空工业企业技术创新能力的一般特征。

| Abstract: | It is a crucial and exigent problem for Chinese aviation industrial enterprises how to acquire and keep up competitive advantages under the new economic condition. To solve this problem, the first step is to evaluate the technological innovation capabilities of Chinese aviation industrial enterprises correctly. This paper improves a model of enterprise technological innovation capability audit, in which technological innovation capabilities of Chinese aviation industrial enterprises are classified into 7 categories: learning capability, research and development capability, manufacturing capability, marketing capability, organizing innovation capability, resource allocation capability, strategie planning capability. According to the model, this paper analyses sample data of technological innovation capability of Chinese aviation industrial enterprises and concludes their general characteristics. |
