摘    要:中国高校面临着国内和国际人才市场的双重竞争,教师待遇在人才市场中又缺乏竞争力,从而使高校教师成为人才竞争的焦点。文章通过对美国、日本、印度、中国香港和中国内地高校教师工资制度和工资管理体制的比较,对我国高校教师工资制度的改革提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Universities in China are facing the competitions for personnel of high calibers in both the domestic human resource market and the international human resource market. The Chinese faculty's pay is less competitive, which makes talents in Chinese universities as the focus of the competition. Based on the detailed comparisons of faculty pay in America, Japan, India, Hong Kong and the Mainland, the paper puts forward some questions on the reform of the faculty pay institution in China and suggests some good measures in the following five aspects.
