对“以房养老”的审视与思考

Under the new condition, ＂ House-for-Pension＂ scheme is one of the diversified patterns of living out one＇s life in retirement and is complementary to the traditional patterns,which shows that the government adopts the active policy on providing for the aged and is responsible. Smooth implementation of ＂ House-for-Pension＂ policy depends on the perfection of the relative policies and the support of the public. The government needs to propaganda the policy a lot and increase the pension investment,to strengthen the construction of law environment and perfect the regulatory system so as to create a sound environment for the implementation of the policy.
